If you have medical insurance, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) mandates that you are required to provide your insurance card (along with your ID) – No Co-pay, No out-of-pocket cost to you. If you need the results quick, we can expedite with an expedited processing fee. RT-PCR test is accepted by all the airlines and commercial/professional offices and workplaces.
UNINSURED – (Discontinued as US Govt ran out of Covid Funding)
If you don’t have medical insurance, No problem; DHS (HRSA) will cover the expense. Just bring an ID (State ID, DL, Passport, School IDs, Consulate ID, Foreign Passport (any form of ID with name and date of birth), etc. – Everyone needs an ID; for infants you may bring Birth Certificate or passport.
